My Inspiration
Four years ago, my life took an unexpected turn when I discovered I had long-term back issues. After spinal fusion, I gained weight, a whopping five stone. My life became miserable with zero exercise and unhealthy eating habits. As an emotional eater, I used food as my comfort. After countless failed diets, I realised the problem: I was trying to cut out every food I enjoyed, leaving me with nothing to look forward to. This experience shaped my approach to helping others, focusing on sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle changes.
